Near North Community School Supply Drive

The 18th District will be collecting donations of new school supplies to benefit children in the Near North community!

The school supply drive will begin August 1, 2009 and continue through September 5, 2009.  Collection boxes will be located in the 18th District, Near North Station lobby.

Requested items include, but are not limited to:

• Notebooks and notebook paper
• Binders and pocket folders
• Pens, pencils and crayons
• Rulers, glue sticks and scissors
• Backpacks and lunch boxes

Note:  backpacks are especially requested.
